Entretien
It was a great experience. It was indeed a long interview with many steps, but it was all fun and enriching. The team was great, the technical interview didn't exert as much pressure as they normally do. I found all the interviewers really easy to talk to and work with, they were open and communicative. With that in mind, though I had 5 interviews total: - one with the recruiter - 3 technical ones with different members of the team - one with the manager
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
On the technical interviews: - I was asked to do some data processing - I was asked to implement a system - I was asked to design an API On the behavioral one, I was asked question regarding my past positions and how I behave in certain situations.
It's a really long process spanning a total of 10 instances with different people, asking totally different things. From take-home exercises, 3 technical interviews, several reference checks, and a full review of your last 3 jobs with ups and downs for each of them.

In this order:
1 get-to-know-you interview, ~1 hr
3 technical interviews, ~1.5 hrs each
1 resume deep dive, ~2-ish hrs
1 meet-the-team session (non-evaluation), ~30 min but can go longer if you want
1 interview coordinator check-in (non-evaluation), ~30 min
1 interview with the CTO, ~1 hr
The 3 technical interviews tested different things, namely code fluency (can you code? and if so, cleanly / comprehensibly?), system design + modelling, and API design.
