The process consisted of five stages: - A screening call with HR. - A call with the manager to discuss responsibilities and role specifics. - A semi-technical interview with the IT/Engineering Director. - A culture interview with senior management. - A follow-up with HR on the process, followed by a formal offer. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently, and I was able to complete all the interviews in less than two weeks. Overall, the experience was pleasant and engaging, making the interview process feel more like a conversation than a traditional interview.
