Grouped together, done a task where we were given cards and we had to rank them least to most important, then interviewed one by one, asked different questions then told to leave

An absolute joke from start to finish. Turned up at the site and was told by security to head over the car park and go through the door on the right, as if there was one door. After finding my way to the assessment area my details were taken and I was awaiting what I thought was my assessment. No. They had me doing the assessment for a line assembly job. After this confusion was over I was then taken to my actual assessment and asked to terminate 2 harting connectors. No dramas, until I was presented my "tools" - ancient snips, a PEN KNIFE to strip the insulation (ridiculous), bootlace ferrules (largely not used anymore due to their tendency to shear) and some £20 CK crimpers. I wouldn't expect to do this in a back street garage. Get wise with dated techniques and equipment before you go to this assessment. I hope this is a good heads up to any others going for this role.
