Applied online and had a 20 min phone interview (recruiter) within a week. 8 questions were based on the job description. More technical in nature which was a surprise. After the interview the recruiter said it would be forwarded to the hiring manager.

Structured, well planned. Multiple rounds with different managers. It was about my personality, and seniority. Then we went through some work experience related questions. As we had a fit in many ways it was a good overall experience
