She was easy to talk to, transparent about the process, and communicated frequently (she even sent updates via text). The second-round interview also went smoothly and felt mutually positive. Then… nothing. I was completely ghosted. No replies to my follow-up messages or emails, not even an automated rejection. It was incredibly disappointing, especially after such warm, consistent communication. To go from what felt like a sure offer to total silence was jarring and unprofessional.
