Recruiting screen went well, but the hiring manager lacked humanity:
1. Said he joined the company because they have high revenue per employee
2. Said their screening criteria are "intensity and urgency"
3. Only question he asked for more information about was weaknesses
4. Late to the interview; ended it early
5. No attempt to be personable
