The hiring process took three weeks. Submitting resume > video interview #1 > video interview #2 > onsite interview > meet the founder. The video interviews are not easy and not role-specific. You can tell how they select the candidate very thoughtfully for not only looking at the skill sets but considering the person's holistic potential for the best culture fit. Very cool startup.
