Basic FIT interview then interview in their in person office to see the facility. Overall smooth process, HR is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into Consumer packaged goods.

The interview process consisted of a phone screen then two behavioral interviews with different team leaders. Interviewers were friendly and asked questions about the company and typical behavior questions. Behavioral interviews was panel style.
