Just absolutely bizarre. They made me send them a calendly link from my current firm's account to them to set up the interview *with me*, only to not show up to the interview or answer their phone five minutes later. Extremely unprofessional. As to why they would ask for this in the first place, I can only assume this is protocol to see if someone is able to use calendly, but its a little belittling, since they are also asking for someone with over five years experience. Overall just an extremely frustrating event.
