Applied directly and then had an instant decline. Recruiter then contacted me and sent my cv to NICE hiring team. Had a call with hiring team who then wanted to move me to next step. They then cut the recruiter out saying that I had reached out to them first. This is not ethical practice so I removed myself from the hiring process.
It was great. The interview was short and easy. Don't do a lot of talking. That's my advice, if I had to give one. The interview I had was with Cognigee - which is a part of NICE now.

I had my final interview with the company and during the interview I was told by the manager that I would fit in great with the team. Well, two weeks later I get a very generic email that stated the position was no longer open. Sent the recruiter an email to inquire about feedback and was basically ignored. This was very unprofessional on their part.

Did not seem like an organized interviewing process. Interviewing with the recruiter was okay, but getting answers back was difficult. I was told it was a quick process, however it was not.
