An in-house recuiter from NICE contacted me via linkedIn with details of a role and asked me to suggest a good time for him to call me to discuss. We agreed a time in a couple of days time, but he did not call me. He had my mobile phone number, email address and LinkedIn details, so if there was genuine reason why he could not call me he could easily have let me know. He did not even contact me afterwards to explain.
I sent the recruiter a message via LinkedIn, as it was the only contact detail I had. I have not received a response.
Not calling for an arranged discussion is completely unprofessional. I had wasted time researching the company and preparing for the call. Ghosting me afterwards was even worse.
If this is how they treat candidates I think I have had a lucky escape.

Once in a two months, they are publishing this vacancy. It seems that they ghost advertising this position but they did not reply or recruit any of the candidates. This is really unfair. I was reached about this vacancy through HR recruiter and she mentioned that they are not providing any feedback on candidates as well. This shows that they want to create some hype about vacancy and not interested to recruit anyone.

The interview process was very smooth. The HR coordination through email was perfect. Timely updates . Total it took a month to finish the process. Had 4 rounds of interview.

Entretien
Was approached by one of the leads from the recruiting team. The initial coordination until the 2nd round was well coordinated. However, there were no updates from the concerned recruiter post the 2nd round. Multiple follow up calls, messages and emails; all in vain.
I believe a recruiter being the first point of contact, shapes the over all experience of a candidate, be it a potential one or not. Every candidate who dedicates its time for the interview deserves a constructive feedback for the same.
Its a dismay that the same was not fulfilled by one of the senior members of the team.
