a friend of mine who works at NICE heard about an opening and referred my CV to the manager. We spoke on the phone, I met twice with him and twich with HR, and the in my opinion the decision to hire me was based on chemistry and me getting him excited about what we can achieve together. He did ask me about my international experience and to analyse several business situations and also wanted to know how often I can travel.
