The conversation felt respectful and informative, and I appreciated the openness around expectations and next steps.

3-4 rounds. Pretty standard. Got to meet a broad range of people and got a feel for the culture. Fairly quick process. They were very flexible with the whole process and allowed me to only have to come in once for an in person portion
