The whole interview process was unprofessionally handled. I interviewed total of 3 rounds with interviewer's level ranging from manager to senior manager. None of the interviewers turned on the camera, not even a single one of them. It is least expected from people from management. During 3rd interview the interviewer kept interrupting and did not let me complete any sentence, heck he did not let me speak for a straight 30 seconds. After 10 minutes of failed attempts of requesting him to let me complete the sentence I lost my patience and bursted out, said "I don't think I want to proceed ahead with the interview and I'm fine with the negative feedback you give but I can't handle this disrespect anymore". My self respect is higher than this and in know way should a candidate tolerate disrespect. The interviewer did not apologise but blamed the internet bandwidth (which wasn't the case obviously) for his behaviour. I feel pity for people working under him. They also rescheduled the interviews last moment even without confirming my availability and expected me to just show up. The whole interview process reeks of toxicity.
