I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me within a week. We scheduled a phone interview which the recruiter did not adhere to. After I left him a voicemail he finally emailed me back a couple of weeks later saying he was real busy and we eventually rescheduled. We completed the interview and I took the assessment. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing back from the recruiter telling me they moved on or if I have a 2nd interview. Very poor communication.
