Couple phone interviews. Recruiter was nice and responsive. CMO was another story. He seemed unsure about what he even needed or wanted in this role. He was critical of my background, which left me confused as to why we were even talking in the first place. Was he simply taking his bad mood and/or insecurities out on me? There's simply no reason to belittle an interview candidate's background. Leaves a bad impression about the Nextiva brand. I never heard from the company again. Dodged a bullet!

General screening interview followed by multiple other interviews with team lead. All calls went over planned time and consisted of q&a as well as what I would call live user testing.
