      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nexthermal en janv. 2023

      Entretien

      1. HR Manager- Reached out about the position. 2. Teams Meeting- 3 VP's and HR Manager on Interview. 3. Phone Call- 2 days later- Schedule On-Site Interview. 4. On-Site Interview- Battle Creek, MI. Facility. 5. I received an Invite for the on-site interview with NO AGENDA! I took three tests, I took a plant tour, and squeezed in lunch on-site, and spoke to a Sales Rep. who's been with the company for 30 years. The Invite I received had 10am-2pm ET. The testing, and Plant Tour, Lunch, and we tried to connect with that Sales Rep. twice. When, I looked up at the clock it was near 3pm ET. So, not having an Agenda sent to me was a first in my career. I've interviewed hundreds of people and we always provided an Agenda to the candidates. So, we stay on schedule.

      Question 1

      During the Teams Call with the 3 VP's on the call a lot of questions regarding Sales, and how would I run a Territory and How would I grow Sales to help the company grow?

      I followed up with the HR Manager on a Wednesday. My on-site interview was Tuesday. I asked her if she had an update for me? Friday at like 3:45 PM ET. I was told they wouldn't be moving forward with me in the process/making me an offer. I was floored I did everything I was asked, and NO AGENDA! So, I asked for feedback? I was told the 2 VP's were disappointed I didn't do a Sales Presentation for them. That's what cost me the job/offer. I said you've got to be kidding me? No, you cost your company that guy who fixes low sales, and grows them quickly.

      So, I sent only final email to ask Why wasn't I given an Agenda? If, I would have then I'd know you're requesting a Sales Presentation? NO RESPONSE! I've just been doing consulting and helped a big competitor of there's close a deal for $250K for a period of five years. I've very thorough and would do you think I've trained over $1K people of Salesforce, Salesforce App Exchange, and helped build four CRM Systems? Why, I get results and crush numbers that's the guy I am!
