Recruiter call then panel interview with 4 people including manager and coworkers. The panel call went very well and I was told to follow up with the in-house recruiter on next steps. I told her I had an offer in hand but Nextech was my first choice and she said a decision would be made shortly and to wait. I waited and then got ghosted
