A recruiter reached out to set up a 30-minute phone screen. After setting up a date and time to chat, the recruiter had to reschedule last minute. Once we were able to reschedule and proceed with the call, the recruiter passed me on to the hiring manager. On the day of the call, the hiring manager had to reschedule the interview last minute as well. Understandably, schedules often change however I was never able to continue with the process as I was ghosted shortly after.
