The interview process was good. I had an initial phone screen that went really well. The next phase was a panel interview proceeded by an SQL test. During the panel(3 dept. heads) interview a fourth person was pulled into the interview to perform a technical interview. The next phase was a work interview where I sat with an analyst to observe some of the job duties and then I had another panel interview where I met the VP of the department.
