One of the worst experience for me to attend for nextgen in Bangalore.
Waited for 2 hours. Almost they called around 300 members on Saturday.
Junk process.
First round of interview finished 15 minutes.
And they said me I have to leave.
Interviewer is not interested to take any interview. Seems like his manager forced him to come on Saturday for taking interviews.
I travelled 100 kilometres on weekend to attend this. They spoiled my weekend.
Waste of attending interviews for this company in Bangalore.

The interview was more than just a formal assessment; it was a genuinely positive and refreshing experience. The interactions with the interviewers were excellent—they were not only polite and professional but, most importantly, supportive. Instead of feeling like an interrogation, the conversation felt like a collaborative discussion, which immediately put me at ease. They seemed genuinely interested in my potential and provided helpful context and feedback throughout the process.
