Incredible experience! Loved the questions about electrical and mechanical, whole interview was great and they had me thinking on my toes but I loved every second of it and I cannot wait for another interview with them in the future!

Friendly recruiter, friendly hiring manager, told me they wanted to move forward fast cause they had multiple people fall through for the position already. Took PTO for the interview after I already spoke to the Hiring Manager and the Recruiter on the phone. 1.5 hours of my time for a group interview with 3 people total, came through a personal referral after my initial application... and then absolute radio silence for 4+ weeks. Did not even receive an automatic rejection e-mail. The interview itself was a range of technical questions, asking about theoretical knowledge (e.g. what is the law of Ohm) to practical (How do you use a Volt Meter?).
