Had a phone interview with a manger and they asked mostly behavioral type questions. There was 1 or 2 technical related questions to make sure I had technical skills and would be able to work effectively in the position.

Entretien
Applied online and got a follow-up email to schedule an online interview. Online interview asked questions pertaining to general technical knowledge, projects, previous experience if available, and personal goals. Later on was emailed to setup a phone interview that elaborated on the online answers and questions about my resume.

Entretien
The interview process was over the phone and very simple. Consisted of questions about school and work experience from a board of about five interviewers. Some technical questions thrown in as well. The interviewers' backgrounds ranged from engineers, management and senior wind technicians. The group was fairly friendly and allowed me to ask questions at the end of the interview as well.
