They contact applicants quickly and get the ball rolling! I was asked to come in for an interview with the owner, I believe. She was friendly and the process was fairly laidback. After a brief private interview, I then met staff and they asked me questions about myself, my thoughts on treatment, etc. I found the staff to be inviting and knowledgeable. For the sake of transparency: my interview process ended abruptly because life events got in the way, so I was unable to continue. They were extremely understanding! My only “con” is that the job I applied for stated it was full-time, but when I interviewed, it was recently decided to make the job part time. I am fairly certain the decision was just recently made to change to part-time, so I wasn’t too upset.
