I only did the intial interview with one of the TA. I like how she handled the whole interview. However, after the interview, they made me wait for 3 weeks to reject me. Initially, she told me that I have to wait around 2 weeks. I sent over 1 follow up after 2 weeks, but didn't hear anything. A week later I sent another follow up, finally got a typical rejection letter two days after without any feedback. I emailed to ask for specific feedback, but heard nothing.
