Nice and friendly phone interview, followed by a technical screen.
The hackerrank questions involved dynamic programming and regular questions on some fairly academic and esoteric CS topics.
Considering the junior testing position involved, the general obscurity of the company, and the expectation you don't cheat/look stuff up on the tests, I thought the expectations towards the applicants were ridiculous.

Codility - Q1. When given a number, rearrange the digits in the number to return the biggest number possible. E.g. if given 123, program should return 321
