Interview process included 4 rounds of discussion with junior to senior level people. Each one asked me about my salary expectations and each was very keen on the expectations from the role. After qualifying 4 rounds which lasted for 2-2.5 months, the HR suddenly remembered that they don’t have the budget to hire you in the first place and started ghosting. Either They can’t even afford the standard industry hike (30% ???) or it’s just the shameful and pity negotiation tactics the amateur HR was trying to pull off. Either way, total waste of time and extreme unprofessional behaviour.

4 rounds, last with founder. Each round had a case study, people skill questions, and about past work experience. Everyone was very friendly. However, rounds were scheduled on weekends and late evenings only.
