      I typically refrain from writing reviews of any kind but I had such a positive experience that I find it important for other prospective candidates to know my experience. I received a LinkedIn message from Rob, the internal recruiter at NewsCred as he felt my background would be a good fit for sales openings at NewsCred. I wasn't actively looking but he convinced me to get on a 15 minute call just to chat (he even said it didn't have to be NewsCred focused), I decided to take the call and upon speaking to him, we just spoke about my current role, likes/dislikes, what's missing in my current role, etc. I told him I wanted to stick it out at my current company for awhile longer. After the call, he sent me a few links and documents on NewsCred to look at and we left it at that. 4 weeks later, he followed up with me again to just check in and we exchanged a few emails. 1 month later, he emailed me again with a link to an exciting new product launch at NewsCred and I finally decided to take a call with him. Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the company and effectively handled all of my questions (and trust me, there were a lot of them). After the call, I became very excited about the company and he quickly set me up for a video call with the hiring manager. After that, I had a few more video calls and then flew out to NYC for a sales challenge/final round. The entire process was seamless and efficient and I even received timely feedback along the way. Rob & the team were extremely instrumental in me effectively negotiating the offer and ultimately accepting as they were able to answer all of my questions/concerns. NewsCred did everything right by me and my family in the offer process and I can't thank them enough. The timely proactive followups and relationship building from the recruiting team really made the difference in getting me into the process. All of the salespeople were great and the managers were some of the smartest sales people i've met. *One of the best recruiters i've worked with and a quick & efficient process.
