The interview process was longer than I had experienced in the past. I had two panel interviews, one phone interview, and two one on one interviews. They were very structured and contained mostly canned questions. I used lots of real world examples. HR calls you initially. if that goes well you will get a face to face. you need to wear a suit. The people are real nice, HR is smart, your not going to fool them. Senior leadership is smart. Most management has been at their jobs for decades, so they don't really get it. They have been in the same company for too long.
