I had a great interview with the local managing partner and then met the other local partners, all of whom seemed very capable. They positioned the company as a new entrant in consulting with an innovative approach.

Entretien
The Process began with an initial meeting with Managing Director. After this interview I had 2 more meetings with Partners where there were 2 Partners at the interview. I then had to interview with someone from the National executive team. It was a long process, but it helped me to get to know the quality and culture of the firm while they were interviewing me.
