Their Talent Acquisitions Managers aren't knowledgeable about the jobs they are recruiting for and they will ghost you during the process. It's incredibly frustrating to schedule calls with someone who isn't sure what they are hiring for, and then ghosts you during the process to set up an interview for the next step of the process.
