Was interviewed at the end of a day. All ten people present on the Zoom call seemed uninterested from the second it started. They were having side conversation among themselves and seemed barley focused on anything I had to say. For this position, they had me make a PowerPoint and present it to them as if they were prospective students. Took me hours to make the PowerPoint and yet they didn’t have the decency to ever take 1 minute to tell me I’m not being offered the position. Overall seemed pretentious and unprofessional.

There is no formal hiring or interview process. Everything is dependent on your particular supervisor and even at that it can change from time to time. There is no consistency to the interview process. They will want you to know the mission of the university and the core value of the university.

Random, disorganized. I had an individual interview with an interim supervisor. She was hard to read so I could not tell if the interview was going well or not. I was early for my interview and she was late for it. She seemed satisfied with my resume and application but I felt very awkward.
