It was easy rounds of two technical followed by HR. Everything went fine and I was shortlisted but the most disappointing thing was that I was rejected just because long back after completion of graduation I had a gap of 2.3 years .but later I have worked in almost three companies. I am really surprised that after working in all these companies I am still selected due to gap(Reason: marriage). I had explained them but all in vain. Really I m surprised that companies support women career but Newgen really disappointed me now saying the name of gap long back . I wish i could be a part of new-gen. I have actually written this because I do not want anyone else to face the same situation as I am in now.
