I first received an email for a phone interview. I interviewed that week over the phone. The phone interview was standard, asking question of my interests, what I am looking for an gathered information about the position and the company. I was rushed in for a second technical interview. The second interview was more discussion on the company and the needs of the hired consultant of my position and my interests.
