Applied via school/campus job board. There was an Excel exercise that had to be done when submitting your application. It was just a forecasting exercise. Can be done in one sitting. Then, they get back to you to set up a phone call. The phone call was with two people: an analyst and associate. The call was quite dry and one way. What are your relevant experiences, why NewPoint, etc. It was quick, around 10 minutes. I didn't make it to the next step. But it is an on-site where you meet the senior team.
