Questions are primarily regarding background lending to functional skills required for the position. There was some discussion on my educational and hospitality industry background. Primary emphasis was on excellent customer service for the members. The interview was conducted in an informal atmosphere. The interview process consisted of one phone interview and one interview on club property. My offer was presented within one week after the interview.
