A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn (unsolicited) in November. After that, I was passed on to the recruiter who led the interview process. I interviewed with that recruiter in December, then had an interview with the hiring manager (an SVP) and her colleague later that month. Time passed during the holidays and the lead recruiter reached out again saying the hiring manager wanted me to participate in panel interviews. I researched and read lots of material for the interviews, including listening to an hourlong podcast with the CEO. Interesting. I interviewed with five people across four panels. The lead recruiter had an interview with me again the following Monday once those were wrapped up. She told me about potential next steps, but said she would need to meet with the panelists on Wednesday. Although she was extremely energetic and positive, she said she would follow up with me on Friday — but I never heard from her or the team again. It's been about two months. Would have been nice to get feedback and a response, despite the decision. This seemed like such a unique, exciting opportunity rooted in a great mission.
