HR told me that I did really well in all on-site interviews, and feedback are very positive. He also promised me twice to give me the final answer by the end of xxx date, but he ghosted both. I had the same experience with last candidate mentioned. HR never gave the final answer after the final round even I passed it. Don’t waste your time!

First initial phone screening on google meet with video. The recruiter missed the first call and I was waiting for 15minutes into my lunch break. I emailed the recruiter, they seemed sorry and then we rescheduled. Phone screening was as aspected, tell me about yourself, why NYT, logistics, etc.
