it is a regular intern hiring process that being asked about why to choose here and what motivation takes you here etc it is not an easy interview they force you but it is needed because here is New York Times. Even being intern here takes you further.

Took a long time to review the applications as they do it by hand and I had pretty good time interviewing. It was a recruiter screen call, then a hiring manager call, then a panel of engineers asking you technical questions and diving deep on your projects.
Good very good it is my best interview I had. I really really really really like the interview process. The interviewer is friendly and the HR is very good. God bless me

Entretien
First stage was an informal phone interview with the hiring manager about the role, and then progressed to a video interview through Hirevue with two questions, and lastly a video interview with the hiring manager about past experiences.
