J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez New York Times (New York, NY) en mai 2016
Entretien
I initially applied online and then heard back about a month later. Once I heard back, the interview process took about 5 weeks. Had a preliminary interview with the hiring manager, who was super nice, then had a video interview with several designers & directors the following week. A few weeks after that I went to the NYT office to meet with several directors. Just keep in mind that the organization has a lot going on so there may be a couple interview reschedules--it's the news after all! They might call you back in for additional interviews too. Definitely recommend following up after your interviews to expedite the process!

A 30-min interview talking primarily about my work and what I was looking for in this role. At the end I had some time to ask questions and learn more about their work process on a day-to-day.

Took about a month long. There was a 2 hour design test that I also had to complete. Overall a pretty smooth interview process. I spoke with a total of 6 people throughout the process.
The interview process was straight forward and i interviewed right away with both of the cofounders of the company. They asked me for my day rate and when I could start.
