HR to vet first. Then you move on to the hiring manager. Then a panel of team members. That is as far as I got. But I enjoyed the experience.

3 rounds of interview. HR, Hiring Manager and Department head. HR was behavioral questions and Hiring Manager was about fit. Department head interview was random questions where they acted disengaged and I was wasting his time. Whole process took 2.5 months. After the final interview was ghosted. Follow-up multiple times but no response and no update from the online site. Only found out through a LinkedIn update of the hired person
