I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter that was very kind and I got scheduled for a Zoom interview with a senior partner. I waited on the Zoom interview for 30 minutes and the interviewer never showed up. I reached out to the interviewer and he never responded to my email. Recruiter offered to reschedule and apologized but I declined. Completely unprofessional and careless.... do not recommend.
