The interview was very time consuming. The recruiter and local contact were both friendly, but did not answer important questions directly regarding compensation, marketing and support. Upon the 3rd interview, after multiple times they confirmed a salary comparable to my goals, they pivoted to say the first year was commission and bonus only. It was very misleading and time consuming.

Reached out to be partner and provided a chance to review process to move from agent to fast track management program in 3 month time frame. What production metrics need to be completed and requirements for moving to management including hiring 2 agents within and taking the necessary exams.
