Straight forward interview process, no technical questions and minimal knowledge of insurance required to start. After the 2nd interview they pretty much tell you that you got the job and the third interview is them trying to convince you to work for them.

Management does a good job explaining the Job. It was a lengthy process. Knowing a lot of people is key. It is tough to start but pays off later at commisions build.

Extensive vetting. Requires you to become licensed for life insurance, after which point you'd have follow up interviews before ultimately moving forward. You need recommendations, and you'll have to conduct some introductory surveys with people who are supportive of you, and these surveys will actually benefit you down the road as you start your career.
The interview process was straightforward and comfortable. The questions were clear, allowing me to express my thoughts easily. Overall, it felt supportive and friendly, making it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
