Was offered a remote position. Initial interview was pleasant but was than put on a 48 hour clock(I work three jobs). They stated things like their typical employees make six figures seemed outlandish but I enjoy challenges(I know sales based companies typically exaggerate their personals income), I put aside an hour but my recruiter did not set proper expectation. Not only was it a hassle to complete second step but it was downright unreasonable for a professional. They wanted a list of everywhere I worked for previous 10 years! That’s like 10-15 jobs for me. Plus they wanted all the intricate detailed information like my managers from each job their contact information, how long I worked there for, reason for living and even more. Never ever have I been asked for such a length of time! On top of that answered about did altogether about 3-4 hours l. System is dated and can’t utilize Apple software products despite being a “fortune 200 company”- I would say fortunate not fortune. This was the first of three steps. On top of that I received mixed signals. It said I could continue my process but than was contacted stating that’s it because I could not allot 5 hours of time in a 48 hour window for them. It was ridiculous and a big waste of my precious free time. Thanks for nothing but your clunky interview process. Why do I even have a resume if they are not willing to look at it!

Extensive vetting. Requires you to become licensed for life insurance, after which point you'd have follow up interviews before ultimately moving forward. You need recommendations, and you'll have to conduct some introductory surveys with people who are supportive of you, and these surveys will actually benefit you down the road as you start your career.
The interview process was straightforward and comfortable. The questions were clear, allowing me to express my thoughts easily. Overall, it felt supportive and friendly, making it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
