Entretien
Two rounds of interview, the interviewers were very nice. After went through my resume, the manager introduced me how NYLife work and told me how to step into success. After the first interview, I waited for two weeks and no response, so I sent another follow up email to the manager, and the manager invited me to the second round. The second round interview was about salary. The range of salary for entry level positions was very good, but no base pay.
It was smooth and easy. The recruiter seemed very chill and relaxed just lounging at home. Also seemed a bit informal. Overall went well and received follow up interview to work for another city.

Entretien
Focused primarily on educational and professional background. Questions were geared towards role-based hypotheticals and defining success at the job. Total process consisted of an online assessment, followed by two rounds of interviews with managers, plus an additional information session with a member of executive management.

There are two interviews. The first one is almost behavioral questions. Talk about yourself, do you like your last job, etc. The second interview is to know more about you and your career path. Then, they will introduce the job and next phase to you.
