There're two rounds of interviews, the first round is with an HR who would ask about your background. The second round is with the HR and a partner, they mainly ask about your motivation and are friendly to answer your questions.
phone interview for screening, they ask about your work authorization situation and offer a description of the job. Also explained the compensation structure. not very hard and can be very short.
