Had an over the phone interview first. Then went to the office for a real interview 1 week later. It went well and lasted only about 30min. I then came in the following week to spend half a day at the office to get a feel for the environment and how things operated.

Started with a pretty standard phone interview. The second interview was in person. I met with the GM of the Denver team. Fantastic guy. Laid everything out of the table as far as what to expect with the position as well as the companies expectations and resources.

First is a qualifying phone call. Then a in-person interview with the local office GM. It was very relaxed just like the their office vibe. I had an easy time keeping a conversation going. Just need to ask a lot of question about their process and how they make their money.
