A recruiter did a 20 minute or so phone interview with me. This was after I took a short personality profile. I got an email stating that based on the results of the personality profile I would not be a good fit.

She asked me about times I didn't enjoy previous work or what I found to be difficult.

Quick phone call and then interview with hiring manager. Watch the pre interview videos! They are very helpful and help you understand the company and more specifically, what the are looking for.
3 total interviews. Starts with a phone interview that is about 15 minutes. Then hour long interview in person. If you get through that you go in for half a day to observe what it takes.

I did a phone interview with the recruiter, then I went into the office for a 1 on 1 interview with the General Manager. And then I came back to shadow the team.
