Super easy, transparent, and quick. The guys were all super cool and easy to get with. Went on a ride along that really showed me how the process works. I will definitely be taking my position with New Western!

Quick phone call and then interview with hiring manager. Watch the pre interview videos! They are very helpful and help you understand the company and more specifically, what the are looking for.
3 total interviews. Starts with a phone interview that is about 15 minutes. Then hour long interview in person. If you get through that you go in for half a day to observe what it takes.
